A real problem. A digital solution.

There are vacant parking spaces in cities. Usually nobody knows where they are or how they can be used. That is exactly what we are changing.

Repark connects available parking spaces with people looking for one – digitally, easily and without unnecessary detours. What sounds simple needs solid technology, clear processes and a team that actually gets things done.

What to expect at Repark

Responsibility instead of waiting

You don't have to watch from the sidelines for years before you can own your own topics. You get the insight you need, make decisions and move your projects forward independently.

A small team with short paths

Seven people means direct exchange and shared decisions. You work closely with colleagues from tech, operations, support, marketing and design.

Flexible working hours

We trust you to organise your work yourself. What matters is reliable collaboration, clear agreements and good results – not whether you sit down at your desk at the same time every day.

Hybrid work

Our office is an important place for exchange and working together. At the same time, working from home is possible. How exactly that looks is agreed within the team and to suit your role.

JobRad

Do you like cycling to work? Through our JobRad offer you can lease a bike or e-bike and use it privately as well.

Room to develop

We don't have a rigid training programme. If you want to develop in a particular area or learn something new, we talk about it and find a solution that fits your role and your goals.

A shared workation

Once a year we leave the usual working routine behind for a shared workation. There we work on bigger strategic topics, develop Repark further and spend time together outside the office.

For people who want to take on responsibility early

You have already gained some professional experience and want to take the next step? At Repark you get the opportunity to contribute your expertise and learn a lot at the same time.

You're a good fit if you:

  • work independently and still see yourself as part of a team,
  • don't just spot problems but work on solutions,
  • ask openly and can give direct feedback,
  • want to take on responsibility,
  • think beyond your own area of work.

You don't have to know everything yet. What matters is that you bring a solid professional foundation, want to learn and move your topics forward reliably.

Do you fit into the Repark team?

Seven people. One shared goal.

At Repark different disciplines work closely together. That gives you insight into the entire company and lets you experience first-hand how an idea turns into a new feature, a better process or an additional location.

We work directly, pragmatically and without unnecessary hierarchies. Good arguments count more than job titles.
